Service ownership

CheckinSecure is a service operated under the "Powered by OwnGuests" brand. CheckinSecure is operated by Jamie Gary (Tax ID Y8320940Z), registered at Calle Pepa Guerra Valdenebro, bloque 2, 29631 Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmádena (Málaga). Contact: privacy@checkinsecure.com.

Purpose

CheckinSecure lets owners and managers of tourist accommodations in Spain collect their guests' data and manage the communication of that data to SES Hospedajes (Ministry of the Interior).

Independence from the Ministry of the Interior

CheckinSecure is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or part of the Ministry of the Interior, SES.Hospedajes, or any public administration.

Access and use conditions

Access to certain features requires creating an account. Using the service implies acceptance of the Terms and conditions and the Privacy policy.

Intellectual property

CheckinSecure's content, brand and design are owned by its operator or used under license. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

"Powered by OwnGuests"

"Powered by OwnGuests" is the brand name under which the operator identified on this page provides the CheckinSecure service. No corporate, group, or other entity relationship is asserted -- if CheckinSecure were ever to be operated under a different legal entity in the future, that change would be reflected on this page under the operator transition mechanism (see the Privacy policy).

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts corresponding to the domicile of the operator identified on this page, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection forum that may apply to users who qualify as consumers.
