What is an accommodation contract?
The accommodation contract is the document that records the terms of the stay between the property and the guest. It's not the same as traveller registration with SES Hospedajes (Royal Decree 933/2021): they're two different obligations, and some Spanish regions additionally require their own contract or document with specific requirements for tourist accommodations.

When a property has the contracts feature enabled, the guest reviews and accepts the accommodation contract during the same check-in where they complete their SES Hospedajes data, with no separate step or form.
